How We Hire

Telephone Screening
A member of the People & Culture team will review your application and check that it meets some of the basic requirements of the role you have applied for. This will also be your first opportunity to ask us questions about the role and working with Fallon & Byrne.

Interview
If successful during the telephone screening part of the process, you will be invited to attend an interview with members of the hiring team, including the hiring manager and a member of People & Culture.

Trial Shift
If you're applying for a role within our hospitality departments, you will be invited to complete a trial shift to give you a further opportunity to experience the environment and for us to gain further insight into your experience.

Next Steps
Some roles may require a second round interview, at the very beginning of the recruitment process a member of the People & Culture team will advise if the recruitment process involves two rounds of interviews. The second round interview is an opportunity for you to engage with members of the Strategic Leadership Team.

Offer
Once you have received a verbal offer, you will receive your contract and onboarding pack. Included in this is important information that will help you get settled in.

Starting With Us
When you begin you will be scheduled to attend an induction session on your first week to help you settle into your new role. You will also be scheduled into mandatory trainings in your first month. During the onboarding process, your new line manager will be on hand to help you settle in and set you up for success.
