We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our Christmas Hamper Team during our busiest and most festive time of the year. As a Hamper Picker & Packer, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver beautifully assembled, high quality Christmas hampers to our customers across Ireland and beyond.

This is a hands on, fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, a strong team spirit, and a love for all things Christmas.

Please note that this is a short term role until 24^th December 2025. This role is based at our warehouse located on the Naas Road, Dublin 12.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from stock based on hamper order lists.
• Carefully pack hampers according to set guidelines to ensure they look beautiful and arrive in perfect condition.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and quality control across all hampers.
• Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and shipping deadlines.
• Replenish stock and assist in stock checks when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

The Person

• Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or retail environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling goods in a fast-paced setting.
• You’re passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday
• You’re innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box
• You’re an empathetic leader, with the ability to inspire others
• You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
