We are currently seeking a Floor Manager to support The Dining Room team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of our busy restaurant during service, maintaining high service standards in accordance with company policy and making sure that all customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• To maintain systems that ensure excellent and consistent service standards.

• To run the restaurant door and manage all reservations during service.

• Lead the restaurant team and ensure the delivery of excellence in customer service.

• Deal with any issues which arise during your shift and clearly communicate these to The Dining Room management team.
