While some of these are mandatory for all colleagues, we also continuously develop new and exciting trainings for various sections of our business.

Food Safety Training
From our bustling kitchens to our vibrant Foodhall, we are committed to delivering excellence - and that starts with ensuring every colleague in food safety.
All our colleagues undergo comprehensive food safety training as part of their onboarding. This training equips our teams with the skills and confidence to handle food with care, maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure every customer experience is not only delicious, but safe.
Manual Handling Training
Every member of our team completes certified manual handling training as part of their induction to support safe working practices across all departments.

Food Product Tastings
With innovation being one of our central values, we are always developing exciting new products and dishes. As we launch these we conduct regular tasting sessions with our colleagues who work the closest with these products.
In these sessions, colleagues from our food production teams explain the inspiration, discuss the ingredients and food pairing options in detail.
